Hosted at Chiller North | March 2 – April 10

CAHA families are invited to participate in two off-ice training programs designed to build strength, speed, and confidence heading into tryouts and the spring season.

Introduction to Off-Ice Training

Birth Years: 2016–2014

(Brand new offering for younger players!)

  • 6-week program
  • One session per week
  • Fridays: March 6 – April 10
  • (3/6, 3/13, 3/20, 3/27, 4/3, 4/10)

This program introduces younger athletes to foundational movement skills, mobility, coordination, and strength in a fun, age-appropriate training environment.

Preparation for Tryouts Training Program

Ages 11–17

  • 6-week program
  • Two sessions per week
  • Mondays/Wednesdays: March 2 – April 8
  • Tuesdays/Thursdays: March 3 – April 9

Designed to prepare players for tryouts, this program focuses on mobility, speed, power, and strength to help athletes perform at their best.
